Session Costs

Each 60-minute individual consultation is $250. For maximum benefit, I recommend scheduling sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, particularly in the early stages of your journey.

Language Options

You can choose between English and Farsi (Persian) for our sessions, based on what makes you feel most comfortable.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is my top priority. Every session is confidential, and I am committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your challenges and ambitions. We will work together in a way that makes you feel safe and respected.

What Can I Guarantee?

I cannot offer guarantees, as results are influenced by your individual efforts and circumstances. However, I do promise to give my full commitment and expertise to support you throughout this process. Our sessions will be designed to help you take practical steps toward achieving your goals.

Receipts and Invoices

Yes, I will provide a receipt for every session. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and you will receive a PDF receipt automatically. If you require any additional documentation, such as an invoice for business records, simply let me know.

Do I Have Formal Certifications?

No, I do not hold formal certifications in coaching. Since 2018, I have worked with thousands of clients across career development, social media marketing, and business growth. My approach is rooted in real-world experience, focusing on results-driven strategies that are personalized to each client’s unique needs.

Is This Therapy?

No, these sessions are not therapy. While I have a deep understanding of psychology and its influence on personal and professional growth, coaching is a different process. Therapy is focused on mental health, whereas coaching is about setting and achieving actionable goals. For mental health concerns, I always recommend working with a therapist. However, if you are looking to gain clarity on your career or business direction, or to work on personal growth, I can help you create a structured plan to move forward.

Do I Need to Prepare?

No need for any special preparation. Come as you are! Whether you have a specific challenge in mind or are still figuring things out, we will start wherever you are and build from there.
